ATENÇÃO: em caso de bombas

PROBLEMAS DE BLOQUEIO, DESGAS-
TE ANTECIPADO DAS MEMBRANAS E

8. Para parar a bomba, agir exclusiva-
mente na alimentação do ar, fechando a
válvula de 3 vias e descarregando, desta
forma, a pressão residual do sistema
pneumático da bomba.
ATENÇÃO: é proibido parar a
bomba em funcionamento e/ou
com o circuito pneumático em
pressão mediante o fechamento dos
registros de aspiração e/ou saída do cir-
cuito do fluido: PERIGO DE BLOQUEIO
DA BOMBA, DESGASTE ANTECIPADO
E/OU RUPTURA DAS MEMBRANAS.
A cavitação, além de ser um fenômeno danoso para a bomba, é
perigoso em atmosfera potencialmente explosiva: é necessário
controlar que a bomba tenha sido corretamente

8. Only the air supply must be used to stop
the pump, by closing the three-way valve to
discharge any residual pressure from the
pump’s pneumatic circuit.

livery valves on the fluid circuit: DANGER
OF PUMP STALLING AND PREMATURE

8 Per l’arresto della pompa agire esclu-
sivamente sull’alimentazione dell’aria
chiudendo la valvola a 3 vie e
scaricando così la pressione residua
dell’impianto pneumatico della pompa.
ATTENZIONE: è vietato arrestare la
pompa in funzione e/o con il circuito
pneumatico in pressione mediante la
chiusura dei rubinetti di aspirazione e/o
mandata del circuito del fluido: PERICOLO
DI STALLO DELLA POMPA, USURA
PREMATURA E/O ROTTURA MEMBRANE.
La cavitazione, oltre ad essere un feno-
meno dannoso per la pompa è pericoloso
in atmosfera potenzialmente esplosiva:

8 Pour arrêter la pompe, intervenir
exclusivement sur l’alimentation de
l’air en déchargeant ainsi la pression
résiduelle du système pneumatique
de la pompe.
ATTENTION: Lorsque la pompe est
en fonction et/ou lorsque le circuit
pneumatique est sous pression, ne
jamais arrêter la pompe en fermant les
robinets d’aspiration et/ou de
refoulement du circuit du fluide:
DANGER DE DÉCROCHAGE DE LA
POMPE, D’USURE PRÉMATURÉE ET/OU
DE RUPTURE DES MEMBRANES.

. Pumpe ausschließlich anhand der
Luftzufuhr anhalten, indem das 3-
Wege-Ventil geschlossen und somit
des Restdruck aus der Druckluftan-
lage der Pumpe abgelassen wird.
ACHTUNG: Bei Einsatz von
Flüssig-keiten mit erhöhter
Viskosität dür-fen die Filter und/oder
Schläuche, beson-ders die
Saugschläuche, nicht zu knapp
bemessen sein; zudem muss die
Gesch-windigkeit der Pumpe durch
Drosseln des Luftvolumens bei
konstantem Druck verringert werden.
Kavitation kann zu Schäden an der
Pumpe führen und ist in potentiell
explosiver Umgebung zudem gefährlich:

8 Para detener la bomba actúe
directamente mediante la alimentación
del aire, cerrando la válvula de 3 vías y
descargando así la presión residual
del sistema neumático de la bomba.
ATENCIÓN: está prohibido detener
la bomba durante su
funcionamiento y/o con el circuito
neumático en presión mediante el cierre
de los grifos de aspiración y/o impulsión
del circuito del fluido: PELIGRO DE
PÉRDIDA DE POTENCIA DE LA BOMBA,
DESGASTE PREMATURO Y/O RUPTURA DE
LAS MEBRANAS.
La cavitación, además de ser un fenóme-
no perjudicial para la bomba, es peligroso
en atmósferas potencialmente explosivas:

dimensionada e, em caso de dúvidas, entrar em contato com
a DEBEM.
ATENÇÃO: verificar que, durante o funcionamento,
não sejam produzidos ruídos anômalos. Neste
caso, interromper imediatamente o funcionamento
da bomba.
ATENÇÃO: controlar que no fluido de saída não
haja gás; em caso positivo, interromper imediata-
mente o funcionamento da bomba.
ATENÇÃO: em caso de fluidos com viscosidade
elevada, não usar filtros e/ou tubulações com
dimensões insuficientes, sobretudo em aspiração;
além disso, diminuir a velocidade da bomba, parcializando
o volume de ar e deixando a pressão inalterada.
9. Após duas horas de funcionamento da bomba e depois da
sua parada correta, realizar um controle do aperto de todos
os parafusos da mesma.

occur during operation. If so, stop the pump im-
mediately.
WARNING: ascertain that the fluid at the delivery
side does not contain gas. Otherwise stop the
pump immediately.
WARNING: In the case of high viscosity fluids, do
not use under-sized filters or piping, especially on
the intake side. Furthermore, you must decrease
the pump speed by choking the volume of air whilst leaving
pressure unchanged.

After two hours of operation, and after stopping the pump
correctly, check that all of the bolts are tight.

arrestata eseguire un controllo del
serraggio di tutti i bulloni della pompa.

Après deux heures de fonctionnement
de la pompe et après l’avoir correcte-
ment arrêtée, contrôler le serrage de
tous les boulons de la pompe.

9 . Pumpe nach zwei Stunden Betrieb
vorschriftgemäß anhalten und den
Anzug sämtlicher Schrauben
kontrollieren.

alta viscosidad, no utilice filtros y/o
tuberías subdimensionados,
especialmente durante la aspiración,
además, deberá disminuir la velocidad
de la bomba parcializando el volumen
del aire y sin modificar la presión.

. Al cabo de dos horas de
funcionamiento de la bomba,
después de haberla detenido
correctamente, controle el ajuste de
todos los bulones de la misma.
