Additional Modbus registers are used in the VFD-TCU and are listed at the end of the table.
Alarm states are listed for some but not all of the TCU’s I/O points. Those listed are common alarms, but any or all
configured telemetry points can be set to alarm in any desired state.
For analog input (AI) and output (AO) points, the Low State Label column gives the point’s Low Engineering value
followed by its Low Raw value; the High State Label column gives the point’s High Engineering value followed by its
High Raw value.
