Phenomenon Check points
The dust/particle sensor lamp
remains orange or red
• Is there a buildup of dust on the air intake for dust/particle sensor or
the surrounding area?

Vacuum off any dust from the air intake using a vacuum cleaner.

• Is the cover of the air intake for the dust/particle sensor removed?
¼ Attach the cover securely. ►

• Is the dust/particle sensor lens dirty?
¼ Wipe off the dirt on the lens with a dry cotton swab. ►

¼ Clean it. ►

The water supply lamp remains on
even though water was added
• Is the humidifying tray securely attached?
¼ Push it all the way in.

• Is the float in the humidifying tray stuck?
Is the float in the humidifying tray attached properly?
¼ Attach the float properly and make sure it moves smoothly. ►

• If the water supply lamp is lit even though there is water in the humidifying
tray, there may be a problem with the water tank. (Water leakage may
result)
¼ Contact your dealer or the customer service center.
There is an odor but the odor sensor
lamp remains blue

Was a strong odor already present at the time you plugged in the
power supply plug?
¼ The basic sensitivity of the odor sensor will be determined by odor
levels in the first 1 minute after the power supply plug is inserted.

If you remove the power supply plug when the air is clean (odor free),
wait at least 5 seconds, then reinsert the power supply plug and start
operation, the reference odor level that determines the sensitivity of the
odor sensor will be adjusted.
The filter replacement lamp doesn’t
turn off even though the dust
collection filter was replaced
• Did you press and hold for about 2 seconds?
¼ Even if you replace the dust collection filter, if you don’t press and hold
for about 2 seconds, the filter replacement lamp will not turn
off.

UV ON/OFF lamp blinks • Are the carbon filter and filter fixing unit attached properly?
¼ Unplug the power supply plug, attach them properly, and then restart
operation.

Air purifying function

There is no air purifying effect • Is it installed in a location where the airflow cannot reach, or are there
obstacles around it?
¼ Choose a location where there are no obstacles and the airflow coming
out of the unit can reach all areas of the room.
• Is the louver closed?
¼ Open the louver.

In the event of malfunction during operation
If the indicator lamps on the unit indicator panel light up abnormally during operation due to a lightning strike etc., and operation becomes
impossible, remove the power supply plug, wait at least 5 seconds then reinsert the power supply plug and start operation again.
