Connect to ActiveSync using a cradle with DOT 320
Use a cradle to establish a direct link between your DOT 320 and desktop computer. After
creating a partnership, you can connect using a cradle.
The cradle used to connect your DOT 320 to your desktop computer uses a USB cable.
The following table shows available communication device (USB, Serial, and Infrared)

To use a cradle, connect using a cradle between desktop PC and DOT 320 by following
these steps:
1. Connect the DC plug from battery charger to the DC jack on the cradle, and
plug the battery charger into a wall outlet.
2. Connect the USB cable from the cradle to a USB port on your desktop PC.
3. Slide your DOT 320 into the cradle. DOT 320 should start automatically and
establish a connection to the desktop PC using Microsoft ActiveSync.
