SE505 Hardware Manual

Connecting the Air Supply

The SE505 requires a connection to clean, dry compressed air at a pressure of 90 ± 10 psi (620 ± 
69KPa).

To connect air supply to SE505

1. Make sure that the air line to the SE505 is unpressurized.

2. Push the air hose connector onto the air regulator quick-connect fitting. Air tubing size 

should be 6 mm (outside diameter) x 4 mm (inside diameter).

3. Turn on power to the system.

4. Turn the knob at the top of the air regulator to set the air pressure to 90 ± 10 psi 

(620 ± 69KPa).

5. Observe the air pressure on the gauge located outside the machine near the E-Stop button.
