This menu is used to edit the SIA code sent to the alarm receiving centre for the selected event.
• SMS/email header
This menu is used to enter the header message used as the initial text or as the email subject for SMS messages and email
reports for the control panel. In general, these messages contain system ID or system address information.
◊ SMS header
The SMS header can be entered here. The text scrolling function allows entry of up to 50 characters. The downwards-facing
arrow. Can be used to move on to the next configuration step.
◊ Email subject
The report email header can be entered here. The text scrolling function allows entry of up to 50 characters.
• Backup
this menu is used to enable the email, App and ARC backup channel. The backup channel is 3G, for protocols with TCP as
primary and vice-versa.
• Primary channel
Some protocols can be used on different channels. For example: email can be used via 3G or TCP-IP. This menu sets the priority
and backup for each protocol.
• Timestamp
Sets whether to use the timestamp for the reports which use IP protocols. The possible choices are: ENABLE/DISABLE
• Encryption
Sets whether to use encryption for the reports which use IP protocols. The possible choices are: ENABLE/DISABLE
• Encrypt. key
The encryption key for IP reporting can be set via this menu.
• ETH fault del.
A delay prior to activation of the network fault event (eth/wifi) can be set here.
