• Zone camera
This menu entry is used to assign one or more cameras to the zone for video alarm verification.
AUX inputs: if you scroll downwards with the arrow key or try to move back in the menu, the display will ask if the user if the user
wants to enable the input AUX “B” for that zone. If the zone acquired does not have auxiliary inputs, the “down arrow” will make
the display ask if the user wants to acquire the next zone. If the user presses “ENTER” in response to the questions, the process
will be restarted from the “description of zone 01B” or from the next zone acquisition.
The same process will also apply to input “C”, if applicable.
Edit zones
This menu is used to edit the settings for the zone, after a zone has already been acquired and set. For example: if, while using
the control panel, the installer needs to edit a configuration for an existing zone, this menu can be used to select the zone and
move through its configuration. The zone can also be deleted.
• Select zone:
this menu is used to select the zone to be edited.
• Edit description:
this menu is used to edit the description of the zone. For detailed information regarding the descriptions
of the zones, please refer to Programming for individual RF zones.
• Edit type:
this menu is used to edit the zone type. For detailed information regarding the zone types, please refer to
Programming for individual RF zones.
• Edit zone attributes:
this menu is used to edit the zone attributes.
• Zone camera:
this menu entry is used to assign one or more cameras to the zone for video alarm verification.
• Delete zone:
this menu is used to delete a zone from the control panel memory. A message “DELETE ZONE XX?” will
appear (in which xx is the zone number). After pressing “ENTER”, you will be asked to confirm.
If the deletion takes place correctly, a message “ZONE xx DELETED” will appear.
Sensor parameters
This menu is used to configure the settings for each sensor. The parameters that can be edited are specific device parameters
such as sensitivity, impulse, balancing type, LED enabling and so on. Only relevant parameters will be shown in accordance with
the device family and inputs. Depending on the future development of the range of sensors, further settings will be provided for
the detectors.
• Global settings:
select the device type and change the settings for all devices installed in the system. The sub-menus
therefore include all the detector families and the relevant settings will be accessible for each of them.
• Individual settings:
select the zone for which you want to edit the setting. Changes will only be saved for the selected
zone.
◊ Select zone: this menu entry is used to select the zone to be edited.
• Default management:
use this field to set the parameter to its default setting value, select ALL or an individual zone in
which to restore the settings.
◊ Select zone: this menu entry is used to select the zone in which you want to restore the default settings. To select zones,
use the UP/DOWN arrows or press "ENTER" to set the zone settings to the default value.
◊ All to default: this menu entry is used to set all settings for all zones to their default values.
