• Zone attributes
The list of possible zone attributes can be consulted using the Up/Down arrows. An attribute can be enabled or disabled using
“Enter”. Letters “Y” or “N” refer to an attribute that is enabled or disabled. When a zone does not have applicable options, the text
“None” is shown. The table below shows the possible combinations of zone types and zone attributes.
ATTRIBUTE
DESCRIPTION
Can’t omit
Zones with this attribute cannot be excluded manually or automatically and following the forced arming
option.
Partial 1
Zones with this attribute during partial arming 1 are armed. Magnetic contacts are registered by default with
this attribute.
Partial 2
Zones with this attribute during partial arming 2 are armed.
Silent
Zones with this attribute will only register the alarm in the event memory, without producing any visual or
audio indications.
Doorbell
The “Doorbell” attribute ensures that each activation of a zone while the system is disarmed generates a
short chime (this is useful, for example, to indicate customers entering a shop).
Zone test
A zone set in zone test mode does not generate an alarm procedure. The zone violation which would
normally cause an alarm is recorded in the event log.
Inactivity
Zones with this attribute will cause the Inactivity event which will be displayed on the keypad and will
generate a report at the alarm receiving centre as programmed.
Alarm verified
Same behaviour as the alarm zone; the only difference is that a specific alarm event will be sent to the alarm
receiving centre.
Ent. T. P1,P2
Zones with this attribute will only launch the entry delay if violated during partial arming (1 or 2) of the area
to which they belong. If this zone is violated during full arming of the area to which it belongs, it will respond
as an instant alarm zone.
Double pulse
This zone attribute ensures that the zone only activates an alarm following a double trigger.
Double zone
Zones with this attribute will only cause an alarm if two zones (assigned to the same areas) with this attribute
are activated within the Double zone alarm time.
ON / OFF
This zone attribute, which only applies to the “arming / disarming” zone type, can be used to arm or disarm
the areas to which the zone belongs. Zone activation determines arming of the areas to which the zone
belongs. Zone deactivation determines disarming of the areas to which the zone belongs. If the system is
armed through this type of zone (for example using a switch) and is then disarmed from a keypad, the zone
will need to be deactivated and reactivated to arm it.
Deactivation only This zone attribute, which only applies to the “arming / disarming” zone type, can be used to disarm the
areas to which the zone belongs. Its activation leads to a disarming command.
Pulse
This zone attribute, which only applies to the “arming / disarming” zone type, ensures that the zone
alternates between ARMING and DISARMING commands for the area to which the zone belongs. A pulse
(quick activation / deactivation, for example a button) from the zone causes arming; the next pulse causes
disarming.
