This menu is used to configure the directory of contacts on the control panel. Recipients can be added, along with a description,
type, account number and corresponding protocols. Up to 16 recipients can be saved. Note that more than one type of
information (email, phone, ...) can be assigned for each recipient.
• Select recipient
this menu entry is used to select the recipient (1-16) to be created/edited. The up/down arrow can be used to move through the
list.
◊ Telephone number: this menu option is used to enter the telephone number of the selected recipient.
◊ Email address: this menu option is used to enter the email address of the selected recipient. Entering an email address
automatically enables the email protocol for that recipient.
◊ IP address: this menu option is used to enter the IP address of the selected recipient. This menu is only shown if a
protocol that requires an IP address has been selected.
◊ The protocol defines which types of report are enabled for the selected recipient. A recipient can have more than one
type. The Up/Down keys are used to browse the types, and Enter is used to confirm.
◊ ARC account: this menu entry is used to set all the parameters for the account for the user alarm receiving centre.

◊ Description: this menu entry is used to enter a description for the recipient.
◊ Two-way audio: this menu entry is used to activate or deactivate the two-way audio function for the selected recipient.
The two-way audio settings are implemented in the “Audio options” menu.
