Disconnect Notification

Description:

With the Disconnect Notification feature, the system sends a DTMF “A” digit to the IST
station ports whenever the distant party (internal or external) hangs up. The system also
sends a disconnect digit when an IST telephone signals a hookflash to retrieve a line from
hold that has been dropped through abandon hold release. Installers must enable line
disconnect supervision for this feature to function on outside calls. This feature is
disabled at default. The purpose of this feature is to avoid delays that may occur on
disconnects when the CT Voice application is being used.

To Program:

1. Press ITCM, dial *#746*

“CONFIG MODE”

2. Dial 53 for station features

“STATION FEATURES”

3. Dial 44 for disconnect notification

”DISCONNECT NOTIF”

4. Select station ports (LED On = Feature Assigned):
