This displays the search method screen.
The following describes the function of the keys
on the screen.

Tap the search method you want.
Tapping [At a certain place] will display a
software keyboard like the one shown
below. Use it to enter the city name. If you
tap [Along the route], [Nearby], or [At
destination], jump directly to step 4 of this
procedure.

Enter the characters you want to search for,
and then tap the [More] key.
This displays the POI list.
NOTE
Tapping the [Display all xxxx] key displays a list
of all POI for the selected genre.

Tap the POI you want.
The address and phone number of the
destination will appear along with a map of
the area.
At a certain
place
Select a new destination. For
details, see 6-3-2
Searching for a
Destination Based on a City
Name
(P. 85).
Nearby
Select a POI that is near the
current location.
Along the
route
Displays a list of all destinations
along your current route. This key
is available only after a route is
set.
At destination
Select a POI in the vicinity of the
currently selected destination.
This key is available only after a
route is set.
