busyout slot
Example:
Router# busyout 2
Disconnects calls on the card.
• The slot argument identifies the location of the
High-Density Packet VFC in the chassis.
Step 3
show busyout slot
Example:
Router# show busyout 2
Shows information that indicates when busyout is complete
and all calls are disconnected.
• The slot argument identifies the location of the
High-Density Packet VFC in the chassis.

The associated configuration of the High-Density
Packet VFC is automatically removed from the system
configuration.
Step 4
show chassis slot slot
Example:
Router# show chassis slot 2
During the busyout process, the show chassis slot displays
the state of the High-Density Packet VFC as
DFC_S_REMOVING.
•
The slot argument identifies the location of the
High-Density Packet VFC in the chassis.
• Confirm the completion of the busyout by repeating the
show chassis slot slot command until the status
changes to DFC_S_REMOVED.
