Attach the Mounting Bracket to the Mounting Plate
This section describes how to attach the mounting bracket to the mounting plate.
Assemble Bracket Hardware
Several of the procedures in this section require you to assemble the bracket hardware before installing
the bracket. A bracket hardware set consists of one bolt, one washer, one split lock washer, and one nut.
To assemble the bracket hardware, follow these steps:
Step 1
Slide the split lock washer (

) on the bolt (

Step 2
Slide the regular washer (

) on the bolt (

).
The split lock washer should be between the regular washer and the bolt as shown in
Figure 5-10
.
