Raccordements des gai-
nes
Avant d’entreprendre les raccordements
de gaines, il est indispensable de vérifier
les points suivants :
– le sens du passage de l’air,
– la vitesse d’air (se référer aux sections
d’aspiration et de soufflage d’air, consul-
ter le plan d’encombrement)
– le tracé du réseau de gaines
– l’insertion de manchettes souples si
nécessaire (option)
– le spectre acoustique du ventilateur
centrifuge (consulter la notice niveau
sonore)
– l’étanchéité des gaines, le raccorde-
ment des gaines s’effectue au niveau :
– de l’aspiration (facultatif) : tenir compte
éventuellement de l’adjonction des équi-
pements suivants : filtre (option), man-
chette anti–vibratile (option), volet d’air...
– du refoulement.
Les CIATCOOLER LJA - LJAH 100 à 300
sont livrés avec un moteur et une trans-
mission assurant une pression disponible
pour le réseau de gaines de 15 mmCE.
Pour obtenir une pression disponible dif-
férente, il y a lieu de modifier les transmis-
sions poulies moteur / ventilateur. Le
tableau ci-dessous indique les corres-
pondances pression disponible / poulies -
courroies.

Duct connections
Before connecting the ducts, it is essen-
tial to check the following points :
– the direction of air flow ,
– the air flow speed (depends on the inlet
and outlet cross-sections, see the outline
diagram),
– the layout of the duct network,
– whether or not flexible sleeves have to
be inserted(optional),
– the acoustic spectrum of the centrifugal
fan (see the sound level manual),
– the leaktightness of the ducts. The
ducts are connected:
– at the inlet (optional): take account of
the following equipment if fitted: filter
(optional), anti-vibration mount (optional),
air flap, etc.
– at the outlet.
CIATCOOLER LJA - LJAH 100 to 300
units are supplied with a motor and trans-
mission, providing an available pressure
for the duct network of 15 mm WG..
To obtain a different available pressure,
the motor / fan pulley transmissions must
be modified. The table below indicates
the correspondence between the avail-
able pressure and the pulleys and belts.

Anschluß der Leitungen
Vor dem Anschluß der Leitungen sind folgende
Punkte zu überprüfen:
- Luftdurchflußrichtung
- Luftgeschwindigkeit (siehe Ansaugung und Aus
blasung und Plan für benötigten Platz)
- Verlauf des Leitungsnetzes
- Einsatz von Schwingungsdämpfern, wenn nötig
(Sonderausstattung)
- Akustikspektrum des Radialventilators (siehe
Schallpegelanweisungen)
- Dichtigkeit der Leitungen; der Anschluß der Lei
tungen erfolgt:
- an die Ansaugung (fakultativ): evt. zusätzliche
Komponenten wie Filter (Sonderausstattung),
Vibrationsschutz -stutzen (Sonderausstattung),
Luftklappe einsetzen
- an die Ausblasung.
Die CIATCOOLER LJA LJAH 100 - 300 werden
mit einem Motor und einer Übertragung zur Erzeu
gung eines Drucks von
15 mmWS
für das Lei
tungsnetz geliefert.
Zum Erhalt eines anderen Drucks ist die Übertra
gung für den Riemenantrieb /Ventilator entspre
chend zu ändern. In der nachstehenden Tabelle
sind die Entsprechungen zwischen Druck und
Keilriemenantrieb aufgeführt.

– Dp = 15 mmCE est la combinaison de

l’appareil.
– Pour une pression disponible dp don-
nee, remonter la combinaison de poulies
et courroies correspondantes.
– Dp = 15 mm WG corresponds to the
standard pulley and belt combination
fitted to the unit.
– For a given available pressure Dp, fit the
corresponding combination of belts and
pulleys.
- Dp = 15 mmWS ist die Standardeisntellung für
das Gerät.
- Für einen anderen Druck dp sind die Übertra
gungswerte für den Keilriemenantrieb entspre
chend zu erhöhen.
