If you scan punched papers and the light barrier could hit punches you must set the
debouncing to 60 lines. In this case the camera "overlooks" the holes and creates a
single image of the paper.
Otherwise the camera creates two images, one from paper start to the hole and one
from the hole to paper end.

Select trigger edge detection
Function
This determines whether the frame trigger is evaluated at the rising or at the
falling edge.

Dependency
Only active if
Use start condition
or
Use start and stop condition
is
selected.

Value
All
(Start) Falling edge
All
(Start) Rising edge
This function determines whether the image starts at rising or falling edge of the signal. Setting
differs for
Use start condition only
and for
Start and stop condition
.
The state of the ports is checked synchronized with the line frequency clock. At each rising
edge of the line frequency clock, the status is checked and the debouncing condition must be
complied with. See 9.9.6
The following tables show suitable sequences and their function (screen shots from
CST):
If
Use start condition only
is selected as triggered frame scan parameter:
This means that the image starts with rising edge of
the frame trigger input
(with a delay of
Image start delay
lines, see section
9.8.2, the lengt of the image is
Scan line length
lines, see section 9.8.3)
If
Start and stop condition
is selected as triggered frame scan parameter:
This means that the image starts with rising edge of
the frame trigger input
( with a delay of
Image start delay
lines, section see
9.8.2, the length of the image corresponds to the
length of the frame trigger).
Optionally
Stop after max. scan lines
(see section
9.9.3), or
Scan lines after stop
(see section 9.9.2)
could be used.
