Preferences

The preferences dialog box appears.

text box, enter the console database name.

The Alert Management service obtains information from the console database
configured as the data source:

Miscellaneous information

10. In the

Sync Frequency

text box, enter the value of the sync frequency field.

The Alert Management Service polls the console database to obtain site
information at a rate equal to the value of the sync frequency field.
