6. To allow you to enter the clinical data (for example, doctor name) once when 

removing, wasting, or returning multiple medications for the same patient,

11. When you are finished, click

NOTE

Clearing the Required check box allows the user to bypass entering clinical data.

NOTE

Clearing the Once check box requires the user to enter clinical data for each 
medication that is removed or returned. If you select 

Once

, you only enter CDC 

information once for several medications—if these medications have the same 
CDC turned on. The CDC information must be entered again when these 
medications are removed at the next dosing time.

NOTE

Clear the Override Only option to allow the user to enter clinical data for both 
profile and override transactions.

NOTE

This is helpful when the correct option does not exist in the response list. This 
option does not apply to the Type-in category type.

NOTE

If you select Several, you must define a name for each list and the responses for 
each list name.
