Reports

Pyxis MedStation 4000 System Console User Guide

System 
(cont’d)

Patients

Lists and describes all patients in the system.

Pharmacy 
Configuration

Lists security levels, medication classes, discrepancy resolution reasons, and station and 
formulary lists.

Profile History

Shows each order for the patient as originally entered, including a history of any 
modifications made to each order during a specified time interval. The report shows 
what was changed (by whom and when) and if the change was via the host or from the 
console. The report also lists expired orders.

Reconciled 
Patients

 Reconciles permanent patients to temporary patients. This includes:
•   The name and ID of the user who created the association.
•   The time that the patient records were reconciled.

Site Specific 
Options

Provides information such as hospital demographics, system options, and report and 
maintenance options. The information presented represents what was defined using the 
Site Specific Options in the System Setup menu.

SMART Remote 
Mgr 
Configuration

(Also known as Device Temperature Configuration.)Displays temperature extremes, 
polling interval, and last calibration date for each Pyxis SMART Remote Manager 
Device and Drawer.

Statistics

(Also known as System Statistics) Provides system statistics such as the number of 
medications in the formulary, the number of users, the number of patients, and the 
number and types of devices.

Users

Lists all users, their configuration options, and the last date of access. Review this 
report to ensure that all required users are currently in the system and to ensure that all 
terminated employees are removed from the system.

Variable Dose 
Groups

Lists all Variable Dose Groups defined in your formulary.

XQ Messages

Lists all transaction messages currently in the XQ message queue.
