7.1 Install Router Mount
1. Position the router mount over the screw
holes at the bottom of the Z-carriage. See
Fig. 7-2 .
a. Larger M6 mounting holes on top.
2. Use a 5mm hex key and two (2) M6×40mm
SHCS to secure the top of the mount. Fully
tighten.
3. Use a 4mm hex key and two (2) M5×40mm
SHCS to secure the bottom of the mount. Fully
tighten.

7.2 Install Router
1. Insert the router as far as it will go into the
mount, with the power cable extending left.
2. If the router doesn’t quite fit, use a 3mm hex
key and the M6 grub screw to gently pry open
the mount. See Fig. 7-3 .
a. Insert the grub screw into the center
threaded hole on the front-right of the
mount.
b. Tighten until the opening is just wide
enough to insert the router.
c. Remove the grub screw.

3. Use a 5mm hex key and two (2) M6×25mm
SHCS to secure the router in the mount. Fully
tighten. See Fig. 7-4 .
a. Insert screws into the top and bottom
through-holes on the front-right of mount.
b. Alternate tightening each screw until the
router is secure.
