6.4.1
Power On Settings
The AFX Series will normally power up with the last settings in effect at turn-off for units
with firmware revision 1.6.0 or higher. Older firmware units will come up with factory
default settings.
Starting from firmware revision 1.6.0, this behavior is determined by the the
“SOURce:INITial” command. This feature is active by default. This makes the AFX
“remember” all the settings after cycling power.
This mode can be disabled by using the remote control command:
SOURce:INITial 0
This setting is retained in non-volatile (FLASH) memory. For set points affected, refer to
Section 0 on page 273.
