Parking System Fault Warning

Indicator

If on, it indicates that the brake

fluid level is low or the brake

system has failed.
When the brake system fails,

this indicator is lit constantly

along with a message "Please

check the brake system" on the

instrument cluster. Contact a

BYD authorised dealer or service

provider.

Seat Belt Reminder

If on, this indicator alerts you

that the driver or a passenger

belt is not fastened.

SRS Fault Warning Indicator

If on or flashing, it indicates

that the Supplemental Restraint

System (SRS) has failed. Contact

a BYD authorised dealer or

service provider.

Steering System Fault

Warning Indicator

If on, the steering system has

failed. Contact a BYD authorised

dealer or service provider.

Battery Overheat Warning

Indicator

If on, it indicates that the battery

is too hot. Should this occur,

stop the vehicle immediately

to let it cool down. If it is still on

after the vehicle has stopped

and the battery has cooled

down, contact a BYD authorised

dealer or service provider.

Battery Fault Warning

Indicator

If on, it indicates that the battery

system has failed. Contact a BYD

authorised dealer or service

provider.

Motor Coolant Warning

Indicator

If on, it indicates that the motor

coolant is overheating. Stop the

vehicle and let it cool down.

If it is still on after the vehicle

has stopped and the motor has

cooled down, contact a BYD

authorised dealer or service

provider.
The flashing indicator means

low coolant level. Refill the

coolant immediately.

Power System Fault Warning

Indicator

If on, it indicates that the power

system has failed. Contact a BYD

authorised dealer or service

provider.

Motor Fault Warning Indicator

If on, it indicates that the motor

system has failed. Contact a BYD

authorised dealer or service

provider.

Motor Overheating Warning

Indicator

If on, it indicates that the motor

is overheating. Stop the vehicle

and let it cool down. If it is still

on after the vehicle has stopped
