Remedy
1.
Check the tank temperature sensor for
breaks or short circuits.

Switch off the boiler.

Remove the NTC of terminal.
B
Measure the electrical resistance of Tank-
NTC (in
Ω
) (see NTC tables).
Is the resistance value correct ?
yes:

no:

Change the Sensor (NTC).
B
Switch on the boiler.
CP on display ?

Switch off the boiler.

Cut the main voltage supply.

Check the soft code and boiler type via
Service function E.1 and 4.E.
Is it correct ?
yes

Switch on the boiler.
CP on display ?

no:

Correct the right boiler type code.

Check the NTC cables.

Is there any damages or short circuit or
break ?
yes:

Change the cable/NTC.

Switch on the boiler.
