Period
: Period for every cycle in waveform at the 50% level, and positive slope.
2.
Frequency
: Frequency for every cycle in waveform at the 50% level ,and positive slope.

Time@max
: Time of maximum value.
4.
Time@min
: Time of minimum value.

+ Width
: Width measured at 50% level and positive slope.
6.
- Width
: Width measured at 50% level and negative slope.
7.
+ Duty
: Ratio of positive width to period.
8.
- Duty
: Ratio of negative width to period.
9.
BWidth
: Time from the first rising edge to the last falling edge, or the first falling edge to the last rising edge at the
50% crossing.
10.
Delay
Time from the trigger to the first transition at the 50% crossing.
11.
T@M
Time from the trigger to reach rising edge at the middle threshold.
