Two RJ12 sockets ( FXS1 and FXS2) are included for connecting two analogue termin-
als directly. These connectors equate to the fixed connectors on the connection ter-
minals in the top left of the terminal block.

The fixed connectors and the direct connectors are connected in parallel. So you can
operate terminals from either the fixed or direct connector.
The R key must perform the flash function (70 ms to 310 ms). With these devices, the func-
tions described in the user guide and configuration can be used with no restrictions. The in-
ternal analogue connectors support the clip and clip-off-hook function. Analogue tele-
phones with the pulse dialling method (PDM) cannot dial. With analogue telephones, your
devices supports the flash. So you should never hang the receiver up for even just a short
while, or touch the cradle switch even briefly with your hand, or the device will detect a
flash instead of you hanging up.
Cable assignment to the connection terminals on TDO sockets.
The line length from the device to the terminal is 1000 metres maximum. The line lengths
apply to cables J-Y (St) Y2x2x0.6.
