3.1.1 Connection to the ISDN network

The second ISDN connection (ISDN 2 or terminal block on the bottom right) is configured,
in its ex works state, as an external S0 connector (S0 TE) (to configure the ISDN connect-
ors, see

Configuring the ISDN connections

on page 31). You can switch terminators on and

off with switches when configuring the ISDN connectors. In its ex works state, all the ter-
minators are switched on.

3.1.1.1 Direct connection to the NTBA
