Error, warning and information messages

Error 1000 Sewing motor encoder plug X5B
(Sub-D, 9-pin) not connected • Connect encoder cable to the control,
use correct connection
Error 1001 Sewing motor error
Sewing motor plug (AMP) not
connected • Check connection and plug in, if necessary
• Test sewing motor phases (R= 2.8Ohm,
high impedance to PE)
• Replace sewing motor
• Replace the control
Error 1002 Sewing motor insulation error • Check motor phase and PE for low-impedance
connection
• Replace sewing motor
Error 1004 Incorrect sewing motor direction of
rotation • Replace sewing motor
• Check motor plug assignment and change it
if necessary
• Check wiring in machine distributor and
change it, if necessary
• Measure motor phases and check for value
Error 1005 Motor blocked • Remedy creep in the sewing machine
Error 1006 Maximum speed exceeded • Replace sewing motor
• Carry out a reset
• Check machine class
Error 1008 Sewing motor encoder error • Replace sewing motor
Error 1011 Encoder Z pulse missing • Switch off the control. Turn handwheel and
switch on the control again.
• If error is not corrected, replace sewing
motor.
Error 1052 Sewing motor overcurrent,
internal current rise > 25A • Replace the control
Error 1053 Sewing motor overcurrent • Replace the control
Error 1054 Internal short circuit • Replace the control
Error 1055 Sewing motor overload • Remedy creep in the machine
• Replace sewing motor
Error 1058 Sewing motor speed not achieved • Remedy creep in the machine
• Update software
• Replace the control
• Replace sewing motor
Error 1120 Sewing motor initialisation error • Update software
