Nautica Configuration Wizard Reference Guide

Accounts Server

After a user’s details have been authenticated with the security
server, the information is passed to the accounts server. The
accounts server logs the user’s activities on the network.

In the table below, click on the parameter for which you require
further information.

Parameter:

IP Address

Default:

0.0.0.0

Options:

A valid IP address

Function:

IP address of the accounts server to which common
statistics should be sent for logging. A value of 0.0.0.0
disables this feature.

Instructions:

Enter the IP address of the accounts server.

Note:

In the Nautica implementation of RADIUS, the security

server is usually the same as the accounts server.
