Nautica Configuration Wizard Reference Guide

Parameter:

Enable Secure Unit

Default:

Disabled

Disabled, Enabled

Function:

Enabling Secure Unit adds an extra dimension to the
security of the router. Incoming calls are only accepted
into the unit if they match a path that already exists in
the unit. Calls that do not match any paths will be
dropped.

Enabled, Disabled

Function:

Enables the Nautica WINS server.

Instructions:

De-select this option only if you do not want the Nautica
router to act as a WINS server.
