For cheapernet it is recommended to use coax cable of type RG58U (50

Ω

impedance) up to 600 ft (185 m) for a

cable segment. The coax cable must continue in one run from a terminator (50

Ω

) at one end to a terminator at

the other end, with each device connected using a T-connector.

Onboard LAN adapter, network card 10/100 Mbps and network card 10/100/1000 Mbps

The onboard LAN adapter, the 10/100 Mbps and the 10/100/1000 Mbps network card offer each a Twisted Pair
