(2) replacing the Steering Assembly Analog Interface

To avoid electric shock, accidents or injuries to yourself or other people, or damage to the electronic
circuits, be sure to turn off the power switch before starting work.

remove the steering assembly. (See “8B-3-4 (1) removing and Installing the Steering Assembly”
on page 131.)

loosen the hexagon socket head set screw (M5 x 5), and remove the analog interface together
with the interface bracket.
