(2)  replacing the Coin Micro Switch

To avoid electric shock, accidents or injuries to yourself or other people, or damage to the electronic 
circuits, be sure to turn off the power switch before starting work.

Turn off the power switch. (See “7-6-1 Turning the power Switch On” on page 31.)

Use the supplied service key to open the service door. (See “7-5 Opening and Closing the Service 
Door” on page 30.)

3 

remove the phillips pan head screw (M3 x 30), nut (M3) and split washer (for M3), and remove 
the micro switch cover.

(M3 x 30)

Split washer (for M3)

Nut (M3)

Faston terminal
(black)

Faston terminal
(green)

remove the phillips pan head screw (M3 x 20), nut (M3) and split washer (for M3), disconnect 
the two Faston terminals, and replace the coin micro switch.

To install, perform the procedure in reverse.

When installing, insert the micro switch terminals securely into the Faston terminals.

When installing, be careful not to pinch the connectors and harness.

There are two Faston terminals. When installing, refer to the figure above and con-
nect the Faston terminals correctly.
