8A-5 Inserting the USb Dongle

z

z

To avoid electric shock, accidents or injuries to yourself or other people, or damage to the electronic
circuits, be sure to turn off the cabinet power switch before starting work.

z

z

Two types of USb dongles are included with this machine. The USb dongle for the
Wangan Terminal has a light blue label, and the USb dongles for the Driver Cabinets
have a white label.

z

z

Use the Driver Cabinet USb dongle (white label) for the Driver Cabinet. Do not insert
the USb dongle for the Wangan Terminal or any other machine into the Driver Cabi-
net. Doing so may cause the machine to malfunction.

z

z

be sure to turn off the power switch before inserting the USb dongle.

z

z

be sure to install one USb dongle in each Driver Cabinet.

Use the supplied service key to open the service door. (See “7-5 Opening and Closing the Service
Door” on page 30.)

Turn off the power switch. (See “8A-6 Turning the power Switch On” on page 88.)
