Dark green key functions
The functions of a dark green key when pressed with or without [SHIFT] are
described here.
Their main functions are to:
• Perform self-diagnosis of the SFC and this instrument.
• Display the span of the setting range.
Alphabetic characters are entered by pressing the desired letter after pressing the
[ALPHA] key.
