Model SLX 110/120 - Smart displacement type level transmitter

Secondary disassembly/cleaning (cleaning inside of torque tube

housing)

• If any deposit is found inside of torque tube housing or knife-edge pivot,

secondary disassembly/cleaning is recommended.

•

Continue disassembly after completing initial assembly as follows. Note that the

secondary disassembly involves removal of small parts, hence exercise care in

loss or dropping of these parts.

Disassembly of main body (torque arm, bonnet and torque tube housing

assembly)

•

Remove blind flange on the side of bonnet.

•

Loosen torque arm mounting screws alternately and remove torque arm. Extract

torque arm from bonnet flange.

• Remove cover mounting screws (4 pcs.) and slide the cover to the instrument side

to expose mounting nut.

Remove mounting nut and slowly extract torque tube housing assembly horizontally

from bonnet.
