A/D FAULT #
SLX circuit error. Contact Azbil Corporation
(the transmitter part needs to
be replaced).
Light fault:
Refers to a state or fault that does not cause serious problems in the operation of the
SLX.
The SLX outputs an indeterminate output value.
• If the problem persists even after taking remedial action, contact Azbil
Corporation.

TQT OVER TEMP #
The torque tube temperature
exceeds the allowable
temperature range.
Adjust the torque tube
temperature to a range of -200
to 400°C.
SLX TAG - 0001
PTST OVER TEMP #
The angle sensor temperature
exceeds the allowable
temperature range.
Adjust the angle sensor
temperature to a range of
-30 to 80°C (in the case of
specification with explosion-
proof or with an indicator,
adjust the ambient temperature
to within the operating
condition range.)
SLX TAG - 0001
EXCESS ZERO COR #
The calibration lower range
angle (SENS LO) exceeds
the allowable range.
Redo zero calibration (See
“3-4 : Zero span calibration
with weight” on page 3-12.).
SLX TAG - 0001
IN OUTPUT MODE #
The constant current output
mode is active.
Cancel the constant current
output mode (See “2-6 :
Operation using SFC” on page
2-19.).

EX. SWITCH FAULT #
The connector of the external
adjustment switch board has
disconnected or there is a
problem with it.
Check the connector and if the
problem persists, contact Azbil
Corporation.
