Phone Book Programming
Up to 64 telephone numbers with their names can be stored; the desired vocal and sms messages to be sent can
be associated to each of them. Moreover, it is possible to display the already programmed telephone numbers by
name or by position with the possibility of deleting or changing each single line. Programme the list in the following
way:
Select PHONE BOOK from the menu followed by ;
Select MEMORY followed by ;
ADD NAME followed by the number of the first empty memory cell will be displayed.
Insert the NAME followed by ;
ADD NUMBER will be displayed; insert the telephone number followed by ;
The summary of the just inserted name will be displayed, press
to confirm it
The storing confirmation will be displayed, press ;
VOCAL MESSAGES will be displayed.
Press keys 1 to 6 to associate the vocal messages to the telephone number; to disable the message, press
keys 1 to 6 again. Confirm by pressing key ;
SMS will be displayed:
Press keys 1 to 6 to associate the SMS messages to the telephone number; to disable the message press the
related key again. Confirm by pressing key ;
TECHNICAL SMS will be displayed:
Press the push-buttons from 1 to 0 to associate the related TECHNICAL SMS messages to the telephone
number, to disable the message press the related key again. Confirm by pressing key

DIRECT ACCESS will be displayed: N, to enable it (Y) press key . See Note 1
In both cases, confirm by pressing
(the direct access allows the speakerphone function through AFVV01, to
send implementing commands, to check the outputs controlled and to change telephone numbers without
inserting the user code: for security reasons, consider the possibility of loosing the telephone enabled to the
direct access).
Note: position 64
check of the SIM remaining credit: set the number of the network provider (example: TIM =
4916) in position 64: in stand-by, to have the call and the vocal answer of the provider, simply press
for a few
seconds: follow the instructions of the provider to enter the piece of information (warning: = *
= # ).
Note1: the direct access function is always disabled on the PSTN telephone line.
