ACTT Xspotter Service Manual

• Check windshield washer fluid level

(Figure 15 [Item 1)].

• Check washer reservoir mounting. Check

condition of washer hoses.

• Check the oil level of the front axle hubs.

Use Chevron® Delo™ Gear Lubricant SAE

80W-90 or synthetic Chevron® Delo™

Syn-Gear HD SAE 75W-90, or equivalent.

DO NOT MIX DIFFERENT TYPES OF

LUBRICANTS.

• Check the power steering/hydraulic fluid

level (Figure 16). The fluid level may be

checked with the engine running or not. The

fifth wheel must be completely lowered to

check fluid level. Add Castol® Transynd®

or equivalent as required. Do not overfill the

reservoir.

Cooling System

Radiator, Charge Air Cooler and Condenser

• Check grille and behind grille area for clear

airflow.

• Check that radiator core is clear and not

damaged. Check the area between Charge

Air Cooler (CAC) and radiator for debris

build-up. This area is prone to trapping

debris and can affect engine cooling. Clean

as required.

• Check the rubber CAC expansion bushings

(Figure 17). Replace as required.
