3.4.1

License Plate Bracket

Removing
– Remove the license plate.
– Remove the bolts -2- and -3-.
– Detach license plate bracket -1- upward out of the honey‐

comb-structured grille -arrow- while detaching clips -4-.

– Remove the license plate bracket.
Installation
• For the correct tightening specifications, refer to

⇒ “1.2.1 License Plate Bracket Assembly Overview“,

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
– The license plate bracket must be fully inserted into the hon‐

eycomb-structured grille.

3.4.2

Radiator Grille Cover

Removing
– Unlock spring clip -2- on the lock carrier -arrow A-.
– Tilt the cover up -arrow B-. This releases retaining clips -3-.
– Detach and remove cover -1- on the radiator grille.
Installation
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
– Attach the cover on the radiator grille and press it on until it

engages completely.
