4. SPUŠT Ě NÍ STARTING THE MACHINE VERDICHTERANLASSEN
1. Uzav ř ít všechny kryty a zkontrolovat otev ř ení výstupního
kohoutu kompresoru.
Upozorn ě ní !
Neotvírat výstupní kohout p ř ed p ř ipojením kompresoru do
rozvodu stla č eného vzduchu !
2. Zapnout "Hlavní vypína č " (napájení kompresoru). P ř ivede se
nap ě tí na ovládací obvody a aktivuje se ř ídící systém kom-
presoru.
3. Tla č ítkem "START" na ovládacím panelu spustit kompresor.
Elektromotor se automaticky uvede do provozu. Následuje
otev
ř ení sací klapky (zatížení) šroubového bloku.
Upozorn ě ní !
Pokud je systém na provozním tlaku, kompresor se
nerozb
ě hne a č eká v pohotovostním režimu.
Kompresor pracuje v automatickém režimu v závislosti na
p
ř etlaku ve vzdušníku.
P ř i poklesu tlaku se kompresor automaticky rozb ě hne
nezávisle na obsluze stroje !

P ř ed spušt ě ním po provozní odstávce delší než 1 m ě síc prove ď te
opat ř ení dle odstavce č .8 - Spušt ě ní po provozní odstávce.

Kompresor s elektrickou regulací (který je vybaven tlakovým
spína
č em) m ů že být provozován pouze s rozvodem tlakového
vzduchu, který je vybaven vzdušníkem o objemu, který zajistí, že
regula
č ní klapka kompresoru bude zavírat a otvírat max. 10x za
hodinu (pr ů m ě r za 8 hod.), nej č ast ě ji však 1x za 4 minuty. Po
uvedení kompresoru do provozu, p ř ípadn ě po každé podstatné
zm ě n ě spot ř eby vzduchu je toto nutno p ř ekontrolovat. V p ř ípad ě
odchylky od t ě chto hodnot se laskav ě obra ť te na výrobce !
1. Close all covers and check whether the compressor output cock
is open.
Caution !
Do not open the compressor output cock before pressure air system
are connected !

By turning “Main Switch” on (compressor supply). Voltage is
supplied to actuating circuits of the compressor and control sys-
tem is actived.
3. Push „START“ button to start the compressor. The electromotor
is with an automatic starting. Then, an air end suction flap (load)
opens.
Caution !
If the system is under working pressure, compressor will not
start and will be waiting in stand-by mode.
The compressor operates in automatic mode in dependence on
pressure level in the receiver.
The compressor automatically switches off when idependent of
machine operator !
Caution !
Providing that you start the compressor after a shutdown longer than
1 month, carry out measures according to Article 8 - Starting after
the operating shutdown. Or contact a service centre ATMOS.
Caution !
The compressor with electric regulation (fitted with air-pressure
switch) may be operated only with compressed air distribution system
with receiver of volume which is able to ensure closing and opening
of regulation flap 10 times per hour max. (average for 8 hrs.) not often
than 1x in 4 minutes. Check these data after putting the compressor
into operation, or after each significant change of air consumption. In
the event of deviation from the values, please, contact the
manufacturer !
1. Alle Abdeckungen zumachen und Öffnung des Kompressoraustritt-
shahns überprüfen.
Hinweis!
Den Austrittshahn in der Druckluftverteilung vor dem Verdichteranschließen
nicht öffnen!

Den „Hauptschalter“ (Verdichterspeisung) einschalten. Es wird die
Spannung an die Steuerkreisen zugeführt und das Kompressors-
teuersystem aktiviert.
3. Mit der Drucktaste „START“ auf dem Steuerpaneel den Verdichter
anlassen. Der Elektromotor wird automatisch in Betrieb gesetzt. Es
folgt Öffnung der Saugklappe (Belastung) des Schraubenblocks.
Hinweis!
Ist das System unter Betriebsdruck, läuft der Verdichter nicht an und wartet
im Bereitschaftszustand.
Der Verdichter arbeitet im automatischen Regime abhängig vom
Luftkesselüberduck.
Beim Druckabfall läuft der Verdichter automatisch unabhängig von der
Maschinenbedienung an.
Hinweis!
Vor dem Anlauf nach einer als 1 Monat längeren Betriebspause die
Vorkehrungen nach Absatz Nr. 8 – Anlass nach Betriebspause - machen.
Ggf. sich allfällig an das Servicezentrum von ATMOS wenden.
Hinweis!
Der (mit einem Druckschalter versehene) Verdichter mit elektrischer
Steuerung kann lediglich mit einer Druckluftverteilung betrieben werden,
welche mit einem Luftkessel versehen mit einem solchen Inhalt ist, der
gewährleistet, dass die Verdichterregelklappe am höchsten 10-mal in einer
Stunde (Mittelwert aus 8 Stunden) schließt und öffnet, jedoch am
häufigsten einmal in 4 Minuten. Nach der Kompressorinbetriebnahme, ggf.
nach jeder wichtigen Luftverbrauchsänderung, soll dies überprüft werden.
Im Falle einer Abweichung von diesen Werten wenden sie sich gefälligst an
den Hersteller.
