3. UVEDENÍ DO PROVOZU PUTTING INTO OPERATION INBETRIEBSNAHME
1. P ř ekontrolovat stav oleje v nádob ě odlu č ova č e. Zkontrolovat,
zda nedochází k úniku oleje net ě sností v olejovém okruhu.
2. P ř ekontrolovat utažení všech výpustných zátek a nálevního
hrdla na nádob ě odlu č ova č e.
3. P ř ekontrolovat elektrické za ř ízení v č etn ě el. p ř ípojky a jejího
jišt ě ní.
Upozorn ě ní :
Pro p ř epravu m ů že být rám soustrojí zajišt ě n zajiš ť ovacími
úchyty ozna č enými č ervenou barvou.
Pokud jsou instalovány, p ř ed uvedením do provozu se musí
tyto úchyty bezpodmíne č n ě demontovat !
Výstraha !
Po p ř ipojení na sí ť p ř ekontrolujte správný smysl otá č ení
všech elektromotor ů .
Poznámka :
Elektromotory ř ízené frekven č ním m ě ni č em není nutné
kontrolovat. Frekven č ní m ě ni č zajiš ť uje správný smysl
otá č ení t ě chto motor ů .
1. Check on the oil level in the separator vessel. Check on the
possible oil escape due to leakage in oil circuit.
2. Check on tightening of all outlet plugs and filling nozzle on the
separator vessel.
3. Check the electrical equipment incl. electric connection and its
protection.
Caution :
For protecting during the transportation, motor support frame
has been tightened to the canopy by 2 pieces of red timbers.
Before start-up please také off these 2 red timbers and tight
support frame to the canopy (without those timbers again) by
using same nut and washer !
Warning !
After connecting the machine to electric network check the right
direction of all electromotors rotation.
Note :
The elektromotors needn’t check if the electromotors are with
frequency inverter drived. The right direction of this
electromotors rotation is guaranteed by the frequency inverter.
1. Den Ölstand im Abscheidergefäss kontrollieren. Überprüfen, ob das Öl
nicht durch Ölkreisundichtigkeiten fließt.
2. Die Anziehen aller Auslassstopfen und des Angiesstutzens auf dem
Abscheidergefäss überprüfen.
3. Die elektrische Einrichtung einschließlich des elektrischen Anschlusses
und Sicherung dessen überprüfen.
Hinweis:
Zur Beförderung kann der Maschinensatzrahmen mit mittels der mit
roten Farbe bezeichneten Fangstücken gesichert sein.
Diese Fangstücke, falls installiert, müssen vor der Inbetriebnahme
bedingungslos demontiert werden!
Warnung!
Nach Netzanschließen richtige Drehrichtung sämtlicher
Elektromotoren überprüfen.
Bemerkung:
Die mittels Frequenzwandler gesteuerte Elektromotoren müssen nicht
überprüft werden. Der Frequenzwandler sichert richtige
Motorendrehrichtung.
