1.1. PRACOVNÍ PROST Ř EDÍ OPERATION ENVIRONMENT ARBEITSUMWELT
Kompresor ve standardním provedení je ur č en pro b ě žné vnit ř ní
prost ř edí, kde rozsah teplot je +5 až +40°C, rel. vlhkost vzduchu
max. 90%, absolutní vlhkost max. 15 g/m

V p ř ípad ě použítí v odlišných podmínkách kontaktujte výrobce
kompresoru nebo servisní st ř edisko :
1. Teploty prost ř edí pod +5°C nebo nad 40°C, event. rychlé
teplotní zm ě ny b ě hem provozu.
2. Vysoká prašnost, vlhkost nebo jiné zatížení pracovního
prost
ř edí.
Compressor is designed for use in surroundings with ambient
temper5 to +40°C, relative humidity 90% max, and absolute
humidity of 15 g/m

Possible use of compressor in the other condition consult always with
the compressor manufacturer :
1.
Ambient temperature under +5°C or over 40°C or fast changes
of temperatures in the course of operation.
2. heavy dust amount in compressor operation environment, heavy
humidity etc.
Der Verdichter in Standardausführung ist für gewöhnliche innere Umwelt
bestimmt, wo die Temperatur5 bis 40°C, relative Luftfeuchtigkeit
von max. 90% und höchste Absolutfeuchtigkeit von max. 15 g/m

sind.
Im Anwendungsfall unter anderen Bedingungen wenden sie sich an den
Kompressorerzeuger oder an Servicezentrum:
1.
Umwelttemperaturen unter +5°C oder über +40°C, rasche Temperatu-
rabwechslungen während des Betriebs.
2. Hohe Staubigkeit, Feuchtigkeit oder andere Arbeitsumweltbelastung.

ƒ K transportu používejte jen odpovídajících zdvihacích a
dopravních prost
ř edk ů . P ř i manipulaci je nutné dbát zvýšené
opatrnosti, aby nedošlo k poškození výstupního kohoutu.
ƒ
P ř i instalaci odstra ň te zaslepovací ví č ka apod. Napojované
za ř ízení musí svými parametry odpovídat nejvyššímu pro-
voznímu p ř etlaku kompresoru.

Zajist ě te správné p ř ipojení na el. sí ť dle platných norem.
ƒ
Ke kompresoru musí být zajišt ě n dostate č ný p ř ívod vzduchu
pro chlazení a sání. Vzduch nesmí obsahovat ho ř lavé a vý-
bušné látky.
ƒ
Otvor pro sání musí být zabezpe č en proti p ř isátí volných
p ř edm ě t ů .
ƒ
Na výstupní kohout stla č eného vzduchu nesmí p ů sobit žádné
vn ě jší síly.
ƒ
Ovládací prvky, servisní místa, armatury a potrubní p ř ípojky
tlakové nádoby musí být p ř ístupné.
ƒ
Poblíž stroje instalujte sk ř í ň ky první pomoci a hasící p ř ístroje
tak, aby byly p ř ipraveny pro nouzové situace jako zran ě ní
nebo požár.
ƒ For transport, use suitable lifting and transporting equipment
only. By handling, enhanced attention shall be paid to manipu-
lation with the compressor in order to prevent damage of the out-
let cock.
ƒ
When installing, remove blinding lids etc. Parameters of connec-
ted equipment must correspond to the highest operation over-
pressure of compressor.
ƒ Connect the electrical circuit according to valid standards.
ƒ
Sufficient supply of air for cooling as well as suction shall be
ensured. No flammable as well as explosive substances shall be
contained in the air.
ƒ Opening for suction shall be secured against the suction-in any
free objects.
ƒ No external forces are allowed to act on the compressed air
outlet cock.
ƒ Control elements, fittings and piping connections to the pressure
vessel have to be always accessible.
ƒ Have first-aid boxes and fire-extinguishers near the unit ready for
emergency situations such as injuries and a fire.
ƒ Zum Transport nur entsprechende Hebe- und Transportmittel benüt-
zen. Bei der Manipulation auf erhöhte Vorsicht achten, um die Beschä-
digung des Austrittshahns zu vermeiden.
ƒ
Bei der Installation die Verblendungsdeckel u.dgl. beseitigen Die
Parameter der angeschlossenen Einrichtung müssen dem höchsten
Kompressorbetriebsüberdruck entsprechen.
ƒ
Den richtigen Anschluss an elektrisches Netz den geltenden Vorschrif-
ten gemäß gewährleisten.
ƒ
Es muss genügende Luftzuleitung zum Verdichter für Kühlung und
Saugung gesichert werden. Die Luft darf weder brennbare noch explo-
sive Stoffe enthalten.
ƒ Die Saugöffnung muss gegen Ansaugung der freien Gegenstände
gesichert werden.
ƒ An den Druckluftaustrittshahn dürfen keine externe Kräfte Wirkung
leisten.
ƒ Die Steuerelemente, Servicepunkte, Armaturen und Rohrlei-
tungsanschlüsse des Gefäßes müssen zugänglich sein.
ƒ In der Nähe der Maschine sind die Schränke der ersten Hilfe und
Löschgeräte so zu installieren, damit sie für Notsituationen, als Verlet-
zung oder Brand, bereit sind.
