– Testing smart centering
The execution of a smart centering process is synchronous. During the execution of the UR
program involving the use of a Asycube platform, the nodes following a
Platform
node
triggering a smart centering process will be executed only when the smart centering process
is finished.
4.1.3. Sequence node
Sequences are a combination of hopper and platform vibrations that are defined inside the
Asyril HMI software and saved directly inside the Asycube. So, the use of the
Sequence
node
must be an alternative solution to the use of the
Hopper
and
Platform
nodes.
The
Sequence
node allows the user to select, parametrize, test and execute a sequence
within the selected vibration set context defined at the Asycube Vibrate parent node level
A sequence executes typically a scenario, implementing
smart feeding
and
smart centering
process (4.1.2 Smart centering). The Sequence node is thus
parametrized by the number of parts currently on the surface, the maximum number of parts
allowed on it and the center of mass coordinates [X, Y] of the shape enclosing the parts
currently on the surface.
The advanced user can add to the UR program a
Sequence
node by selecting and adding
the related action in the
Asycube Vibrate
node.
