*1 This timing chart is applicable to the case where the footswitch is used for the servo motor type welding head signal.
*2 Set value of “START signal input decision delay time.” Refer to “4. (6) Switch Select Screen.”
*3 Welding data creating time (approx. 60 ms for the first condition change or approx. 30 ms for the second or later change).

*4 To drive the torch by our touch start head (MH-109TA), set the END signal output time to 200 ms. Refer to “4. (6) Switch Select
Screen.”
*5 Set value of “END signal output time.” Refer to “4. (6) Switch Select Screen.”
*6 Set value of “GOOD/NG signal output time.” Refer to “4. (6) Switch Select Screen.”
*7 If the pre-flow set time is longer than the head weld point (initial current) arrival time, the initial current is started after the lapse
of the pre-flow set time. If shorter, the initial current is started after the H-ST1: initial current start signal is input.
*8 It becomes about 1.3 s when the High speed SCH change (No Wave) is OFF and about 100 ms when it is ON. Also, it takes
about 1.7 s when the current flows when ENVELOPE in the Limit output judgment on the Monitor select screen is ON. Refer to
“4. (11) Monitor Select Screen.”
*9 The H-HEAD UP output signal is dedicated to the touch start head MH-109TA.
