About the Instrument
Table 1-1. 34980A/34945A Instrument Input Power Specifications.
The 34980A/34945A should be operated in an indoor environment where
temperature and humidity are controlled. Condensation can pose a potential
shock hazard. Condensation can occur when the modules are moved from a
cold to a warm environment, or if the temperature and/or humidity of the
environment changes quickly.
Recommended Accessories
Switches and attenuators interface to the 34945A through distribution boards.
The Y1150A - Y1155A distribution boards are ordered separately based on the
switches/attenuators used in your application. Similarly, the recommended
cables are available in the Y1157A - Y1159A cable kits. Like the distribution
boards, the cable kits must be ordered separately.
Table 1-2 lists some of the common Agilent switches/attenuators and the
distribution boards and cable kits they require.
Review Table 1-2 carefully to
ensure that you have the appropriate accessories for your switches and
attenuators. This will save you time and frustration!
