Cannot login to client end or Web
Possible reasons:
•
The ActiveX control has been disabled
•
Display card driver needs to be upgraded to dx8.1 or higher
•
Network connection error
•
Network setup error
•
Password or User Name is invalid
•
Client end is not compatible with the NVR program

Network connection is not stable
Possible reasons:
•
Network is not stable
•
IP address conflict
•
MAC address conflict
•
PC or NVR network card is damaged
12.
Burner error /USB back error
Possible reasons:
•
Burner and NVR are on the same data cable
•
System uses too many CPU resources. Stop recording first, and then begin the backup.
•
Data amount exceeds the backup device capacity. It may result in burner error.
•
Backup device is not compatible
•
Backup device is damaged
13.
Keyboard cannot control NVR
Possible reasons:
•
NVR serial port setup is not correct
•
Address is not correct
•
When there are several switchers, power supply is not sufficient
•
Transmission distance is too far
14.
Alarm signal cannot be disarmed
Possible reasons:
•
Alarm setup is not correct
•
Alarm output has been opened manually
•
Input device error or connection is not correct
•
Some program versions may have this problem. Please upgrade your system.
15.
Alarm function does not work
Possible reasons:
•
Alarm setup is not correct
•
Alarm cable connection is not correct
•
Alarm input signal is not correct
•
There are two loops connected to one alarm device
