Alarm Upload
Enable this feature to upload an alarm signal to the network (including the Alarm Center).
Send Email
Enable this to send out email to alert you when the alarm occurs.
Record Channel
Select the proper channel to record when the alarm occurs.
1.
On the Record screen (
Main Menu > Storage > Record
), select Schedule Record.
2.
On the Schedule screen (
Main Menu > Setting > Schedule
), set Alarm recording.
3.
On the Encode screen (
Main Menu > Setting > Encode
), select Alarm as the Type and set the
encode parameters.
4.
Finally, you can set the alarm input as the local alarm and then select the recording channel.
The selected channel begins recording when an alarm occurs.
PTZ Activation
Select this feature to set Pan/Tilt/Zoom movement when an alarm occurs. Click the
Setup
button to
open the PTZ Activation screen for setting up the camera.

Delay
To avoid rerecording the same event, enter the number of seconds to wait after the event has ended
before a new recording can begin. This value ranges from 10s to 300s.
Tour
Enable the tour function to present an alternating display (much like a slideshow) of the channel(s)
you have set to record when a motion detect event occurs. The system supports 1/8-window tour.
Refer to section
on page 89 for tour interval setup. However, the alarm tour
has higher priority than the tour setup you set in the Display screen.
Snapshot
Enable this function to take a snapshot image on the designated channel when an alarm occurs:
1.
Go to
Setting>Encode.
Select Snapshot as the activation mode, and then set corresponding
parameters.
