Alarm Out
Check the box to enable the external alarm when the event triggers. In the boxes to the immediate
right, enable which camera(s) will record when the event occurs.
Latch
Select the time in seconds that the system delays after the external alarm has ended before turning
off the alarm and the activated output. This feature sets a postponement period before another
external alarm can be activated. Value ranges from 10 to 300 seconds.
PTZ Activation
Select this feature to set Pan/Tilt/Zoom movement when an alarm occurs. Click the
Setup
button to
open the PTZ Activation screen for setting up the camera.

Tour
Enable the tour function to present an alternating display (much like a slideshow) of the channel(s)
you have set to record when a motion detect event occurs. The system supports 1/8-window tour.
Refer to
on page 202 for tour interval setup. However, the alarm tour has higher priority
than the tour setup you set in the Display screen.
Snapshot
When an alarm occurs, this feature takes a still image of the channel(s) you set to record.
Check the box to enable, and the click the buttons for the channels that you want included in the
snapshot. The selected channels are highlighted.
Checkboxes
Show Message.
If enabled, a pop up alarm message appears in the local host screen.
Send Email.
If enabled, an email alert is sent to you when an alarm occurs.
Alarm Upload.
If enabled, the alarm signal is uploaded to the network.
Buzzer.
If enabled, a buzzer sounds when an alarm occurs.
Message.
If a 3G network is connected, a message is sent when an alarm occurs.
Note: This feature is not supported by ADT at this time.
