4. Switch OFF the 200/240 VAC input supply to the robot.
5. Disconnect the 24 VDC supply cable from the robot +24 VDC input connector. See
Figure 4-2 for locations of connectors.
6. Disconnect the 200/240 VAC supply cable from the robot AC input connector.
7. Switch OFF and disconnect any other power supplies connected to the robot.
8. Remove the four hex-head bolts holding the Status Display panel.

9. Remove the Status Display panel.
The battery pack is supported in a bracket that is attached to the back side of the Status
Display panel with stand-offs. The battery pack is exposed when the Status Display
panel is removed.
10. The battery bracket assembly has two connectors. Locate the unused battery connector
on the battery bracket. See the following figure:
