4 Replace the driven-side
bearings and rotating cutters.
Install the driven-side
bearing cover.
Install the fixed cutter.
4-4 Install the driven-side bearing cover:
Fit the driven-side bearing cover on, fasten up the hexagon bolts
with torque wrench to the torque below.

4-5 Install the fixed cutter:
Please follow the instruction in Chapter 7. Section-6-1, step 3,
prepare and install the fixed cutter.
4-6 Re-attach the feeding hopper. Attach the hopper hinge (support
point) exactly with 3 pcs of hexagon bolts M8 x L20. Then
fasten it with the hopper fastening clips, and lock-knob.
This completes the steps for exchanging the driven side
bearings, large rotating cutters and small-rotating cutters.

The bearings (the inner clearance gap CM) used in this machine are
special.
The 3-piece unit, 2 double seal bearing and the inserted inner ring spacer,
have been adjusted to the most proper clearance before delivery. The
thickness of the ring has been checked also. The bearing unit is a fixed
combination to each machine.
If exchange is necessary, please order the 3-piece unit, bearings and
inner ring spacer, from the factory and exchange it as a whole set.
If the bearing or the inner ring spacer is not provided by us , or not for this
machine, after replaced, damage may occur on bearings or cutters, which
is out of the range of our warranty. Please kindly understand this.
