2. Checking each unit condition
Unit Name Check Points
Feed hopper
Check that the feed hopper is surely fastened up with the following fasteners.

The clip on the opposite face of hopper's open and close fulcrum.
WARNING
The granulator will not start when the hopper is open or not securely closed
(when the limit switches (for closed-confirmation) is disengaged).
Cutting Chamber unit Please check if the cutting chamber unit is set completely and closed.
WARNING
The granulator won

t start running if:
a) the cutting chamber unit is open, or not entirely closed,
b) if any of the hopper limit switches are disengaged,
c) if the take away bin isn
’
t set / locked in place.

Please check that the take away bin / discharge port is installed, and that the
catch-clip is set, to prevent the bin from slipping out.
WARNING
○ Please insert the bin along the guide rail all the way.
○ Check that the bin is inserted entirely to the rear position.
○ After the bin is set up, use the catch-clip to lock it to prevent the bin from
slipping out.
